ZPC brings together strong leadership, robust systems, and a deep network of partners to ensure the effective delivery and impact of our proposed activities. All programming activities are overseen by Danny Lester-Drew, Executive Director. Danny brings extensive experience in homeless services, nonprofit operations, and system-level collaboration. Prior to joining ZPC, he served as Deputy Director of Programs & Policy at Partners for HOME and later as Director of Operations at Project Community Connections, Inc. (PCCI), where he managed daily operations, staffing, and administration of more than $20 million in financial assistance for Rapid Re-Housing households (2021–2024). Earlier in his career, Danny worked as a case manager for Veteran families and later led United Way of Greater Atlanta’s efforts to end Veteran homelessness.
